Travel activities in Palawan—particularly island hopping, sea transfers, land transfers, rentals, and outdoor or adventure-based tours—carry inherent risks and operational requirements. Proper documentation helps ensure clear understanding, regulatory compliance, safety coordination, and accurate allocation of responsibilities between Clients, independent third-party Providers, and relevant authorities.

Required Waivers & Liability Disclaimers
The following waivers and liability disclaimers may be required depending on the type of Service you are availing. These documents explain inherent risks, the facilitator-only role of the Agency, the responsibilities of Clients, and the operational authority of independent third-party Providers.
- Tours and Travel Packages Waiver & Liability Disclaimer
Required for guided tours, island hopping activities, multi-day itineraries, and packaged travel experiences. - Boat Transfer (By Sea) Waiver & Liability Disclaimer
Required for island hopping, inter-island transfers, boat charters, and sea-based transportation. - Boat Rental (By Sea) Waiver & Liability Disclaimer
Required for private boat rentals and chartered marine services. - Land Transfer (By Car/Van) Waiver & Liability Disclaimer
Required for land transfers, city tours, long-distance trips, and van or car transportation. - Airport Transfer (By Car/Van) Waiver & Liability Disclaimer
Required for airport pickups and drop-offs arranged through independent transport Providers. - Car Rental (With Driver) Waiver & Liability Disclaimer
Required when availing chauffeured vehicles for tours, transfers, or private use. - Self-Drive Car Rental Waiver & Liability Disclaimer
Required for all self-drive vehicle rentals coordinated by the Agency. - Motorbike Rental (With Driver) Waiver & Liability Disclaimer
Required for motorbike services provided with a driver or rider. - Self-Drive Motorbike Rental Waiver & Liability Disclaimer
Required for all self-drive motorbike rentals.
Important: These waivers form part of the Agency’s overall legal framework. Acceptance of any waiver—whether by signature, written confirmation, payment, participation, or actual use of a Service—confirms that you have read, understood, and agreed to the applicable terms, together with the Terms of Service, Terms of Use, Refund Policy, Privacy Policy, Disclaimer, and Disclosure.
Client Responsibility & Safety Policy Documents
In addition to service-specific waivers, the following Site Policies apply to all tours, transfers, rentals, and travel services coordinated or facilitated by the Agency. These documents define mandatory Client responsibilities before, during, and in the event of an incident.

Mandatory safety rules and conduct standards during tours, transfers, rentals, and activities. - Emergency & Incident Response Guide
Client responsibilities and required actions in case of accidents, injuries, illness, delays, security incidents, or other untoward events.
These pages are fully incorporated into the Agency’s Terms of Service and are binding upon booking confirmation, payment, waiver acceptance, participation, or actual use of any Service.
Booking & Coordination Forms
Depending on the Service, Clients may also be required to complete booking or coordination forms to assist the Agency and independent Providers with operational preparation and regulatory compliance. These may include:
- Guest information and tour participation forms
- Passenger manifest details for boats and transfers
- Group booking summaries and coordination checklists
- Special request, medical disclosure, or custom itinerary forms
Providing complete and accurate information helps reduce delays, prevents denial of boarding or participation, and supports compliance with port authorities, local government units, and Provider requirements.
Tour & Package Flyers
For planning and reference purposes, the Agency may also provide downloadable tour and package flyers. These materials offer general overviews of destinations, sample itineraries, inclusions, and indicative pricing.

How to Use Published Forms and Policies

- Read all terms, responsibilities, and disclaimers carefully.
- Comply with all requirements stated in the published online versions.
- Submit any required acknowledgments or information through our official communication channels as instructed.
Failure to read, understand, or comply with required policies may result in delays, denial of participation, interruption of service, or non-refundable outcomes, subject to applicable law and the Refund Policy.
