Before sending any reservation deposit or payment, we require all guests to carefully review our official policies, which explain payment methods, fees, cancellations, refunds, etc.

    D’Palawan Travel and Tours is a booking and coordination agency. Most services you book through us are delivered by independent third-party suppliers such as tour operators, boat operators, drivers, guides, hotels, and rental owners (“Suppliers/Providers”).

    Booking status: Submitting this form does not automatically confirm your booking. Your booking becomes confirmed only when:

    • Availability is verified for your requested date/time (and group size);
    • Any required details are complete (names, pickup points, ID/manifest requirements, etc.); and
    • Payment is received and successfully posted/verified prior to the start of the service (when payment is required for confirmation).

    Tip: If your tour starts early the next day, please ensure your payment posts in time. The Agency and/or Supplier/Provider may reserve the right to cancel or release unposted/uncleared bookings to avoid operational disruption.

    If electronic payments are used (GCash, PayPal, bank transfer, or money remittance), please note:

    • Fees charged by banks, remittance centers, or platforms are shouldered by the Client;
    • Those fees are generally non-refundable and do not form part of refund computation;
